Tim’s parents moved to Greenville, South Carolina while he was attending East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. He fell in love with this great town because of the home town atmosphere, proximity to the beaches, mountains and lakes and decided to move here after college when he married his wife, Della. That was over 27 years ago and today he has grown to love it even more.

Tim and Della have raised their two boys, Christopher and Patrick, in Greenville and have loved every minute of watching their boys grow and participate in all of the local sports the schools and the county leagues have to offer. Tim has coached the boys in several sports like basketball, baseball and golf and Della loves hosting the team parties. Tim has even led them to win several championships through the years. Tim’s favorite sport is golf & he also loves to take the family boating on the beautiful lakes the area has to offer and going sightseeing on day trips in the mountains. The coaching and cheering continues as Tim and Della take joy in driving to Clemson University, where they have watched Christopher (who has now graduated) and Patrick play intramural sports. Tailgating at the Clemson Football games is also a big deal for the family and all of their friends.

During Tim’s 16 plus years in real estate, he quickly achieved membership in the
Top Producer Club of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors
and for the past 4 years has lead The Toates Team to the prestigious
Prudential’s Chairman Circle.
In 2006, The Toates Team reached the Platinum Chairman Circle level which is held by less than 2% of agents nationwide.
Tim has also lead his team to receive the recognition for
The #1 Sales and Listing Team for Prudential’s Pelham Rd. Office
for 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006.
Tim is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) which is held by less than 4% of realtors nationwide,

In January 2002, when Tim’s real estate career had advanced to the point he needed to hire an assistant, he immediately thought of his wife, Della. Della brings to the team 21 years of sales training and a love for interior design. Della counts it a privilege to help buyer clients find the perfect home for their needs and will work painstakingly until they find just what they are looking for. She will treat you like a best friend and even offer decorating tips and share with you her favorite stores to find just the items you need to make a house a home. Originally from the Washington DC area, Tiffany has been a South Carolina resident for over a decade. After living on the coast while attending college, a career opportunity had Tiffany and her husband transferred to Greenville in 1998. Once considering herself a “Transplant” she is now proud to call Greenville home.

Tiffany is very involved in her children’s school activities as well as her neighborhood’s community association. She devotes her spare time to volunteering for different local organizations and serves on the Revitalization Committee for the Association of REALTORS.

Originally from Ohio, I have lived in Greenville for 20 years and have seen all the wonderful changes this area has experienced. We love Greenville because of its small town charm, world class amenities, and proximity to the mountains and the coasts, which make it an ideal place to live and raise a family.

I graduated from Miami University in Information Systems and worked in the field for 12 years. Prior to joining Prudential C. Dan Joyner, I worked in sales representing national brands, achieving demonstrated success and providing client service support.

I share my enthusiasm for this community by serving as a board member on my neighborhood homeowner association for over 8 years and volunteering in my daughter’s schools. For pleasure, I enjoy playing golf with my husband Edward, gardening, scrap booking, and aerobics.
